Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

The only exception that may cause potential delays is due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Currently we offer free New Zealand Delivery on orders over $100.

Standard shipping rates for orders under $100 are flat rate and based on the buyer's location.

In-store pickup:

We offer in-store local pickup at V For Hair Merivale. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within one business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are: 

  • Monday 8am - 5pm
  • Tuesday 8am – 5pm
  • Wednesday 8am – 5.30pm
  • Thursday 8am - 8pm
  • Friday 8am – 5.30pm
  • Saturday 8am – 5pm
  • Sunday closed.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at merivalesalon@vforhair.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Damages:

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at merivalesalon@vforhair.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
